Processing Times
Orders typically take 1–3 business days to process before they are shipped. During peak periods, holidays, product launches, or high-volume sales periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we work hard to ship your order as quickly as possible.
Standard Shipping
Our standard shipping option typically delivers your order within 14 business days after the processing period. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, courier delays, public holidays, and other unforeseen circumstances.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.
Customers typically receive tracking information within 1–3 business days after shipment. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the tracking number has been issued.

We currently ship worldwide.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. Coolvia is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided at checkout.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination and the available shipping options. You can review the final shipping cost before completing your order.
International Shipping
For international orders, additional customs duties, taxes, import fees, or handling charges may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Order Modifications & Cancellations
If you need to modify your shipping information or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours after purchase at support@coolvia.com.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes and cancellations may no longer be possible.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@coolvia.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos or videos of the damaged item and packaging so we can review the case.
If your package appears lost, delayed, or tracking has not updated after the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@coolvia.com and we will assist you in checking the shipment status with the carrier.
Please note that Coolvia is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing due to incorrect address details, theft, or issues outside of our control. However, we will do our best to help you resolve the issue.
